CLIENT REFFERRALS
All clients receiving furniture and household items from the Furniture Foundation of the Conejo must be sponsored by a local Social Service Agency.
Screening done by the Social Service Agency will provide our eligibility screening for client access to the services of the Furniture Foundation. Once approved, the caseworker should make a home visit and develop, with the client, a list of furniture and household items they want from the Furniture Foundation. The purpose is to get furniture they need, not to upgrade things they already have in their home. If possible, the client may choose from the items available to fill their request.
